Azazie Rewards Terms & Conditions

Azazie shall, in it’s sole discretion, issue Azazie Rewards to current customers for use on future purchases. Azazie Rewards are not legal tender. No cash back.

Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

Azazie Rewards may be used toward the purchase of all items available on the Azazie website (excluding gift cards), including but not limited to product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. There are no minimum or maximum limits on the amount of Azazie Rewards that may be applied per transaction. Azazie Rewards may be used on all products, including sample dresses, sale items, and pre-order products, unless otherwise noted. Azazie Rewards may not be used for the purchase of gift cards. Azazie Rewards can be partially redeemed. Any remaining balance will remain associated with the original Reward and may be used on future purchases within the validity period. Unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion, Azazie Rewards can be used in conjunction with:

• Coupons
• Promotional discounts
• Gift cards
• Other Azazie Rewards

When using Azazie Rewards in conjunction with other items listed above, the following priorities shall apply: Azazie shall first apply any coupons, then any promotional discounts, then any gift cards then Azazie Rewards. For example, if, after applying a coupon and/or promotional code, the amount available on a gift card in the account is sufficient to cover the entire transaction, Azazie Rewards cannot be applied.

If an entire purchase made with Azazie Rewards is canceled or returned, the amount paid using Azazie Rewards will be credited back to the user’s Azazie account as Azazie Rewards. However, if an order is partially cancelled, refunds will first be made to the credit card or other payment method used for the purchase, and the remainder, if any, shall be refunded as an Azazie Reward.

Azazie Rewards shall expire on the date set forth on each Reward.

Azazie Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the account to which they were issued. Void if Azazie Rewards are copied, transferred, sold, auctioned, exchanged or expired. Azazie Rewards are not redeemable in any manner other than as provided herein. By participating, customer agrees to release and hold harmless Azazie Inc., and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, which may occur in connection with the Azazie Rewards, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of Azazie Rewards. Azazie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Promotion should cheating, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion.
