In order to redeem an Azazie Gift Card, you will need to have or create an account on Azazie.com. You will then need to activate the Gift Card by entering an activation code provided by us, followed by registering the Gift Card with your Azazie account.

The following are the terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to any purchaser or user (“you”, “your”) of an Azazie Gift Card. By purchasing, accepting, or using an Azazie Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

Azazie Gift Cards are issued and managed by Azazie, Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”), a Delaware corporation.

Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible goods and services (including shipping fees and taxes) on Azazie.com. Eligible goods and services are subject to change at our sole discretion.

You can check your Azazie Gift Card balance by logging into your account.

If your Azazie Gift Card has an insufficient balance to pay for an item or service on our website, you may use a credit or debit card to complete your payment.

For refunds on an item and/or one/some of the items in your order which are paid with Azazie Gift Cards and other payment methods, you will have the option of crediting back the refunds to your Azazie Account Balance or your relevant payment account which you applied to settle the payment. If you fail to choose, the default option will be credited back to your Azazie Account Balance. If you choose to credit back the refunds to the payment account which you applied to settle the payment, the amount of refunds cannot exceed the amount originally paid by that payment method.

Limits may apply to the redemption and use of your Azazie Gift Cards. The Azazie Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, not reloadable or refundable, and cannot be resold, exchanged, or used to purchase other Gift Cards, except as required by law. Any unused balance in your Azazie Gift Cards is not transferable. Azazie Digital Gift cards are not currently available for try-on dresses, but will cover their taxes and shipping costs.

You agree not to use the Azazie Gift Cards in any manner that is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to our customers or us. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void or deactivate your Azazie Gift Cards without a refund, along with terminating the ability to purchase goods and services, cancel or limit orders if we suspect that your Azazie Gift Cards were obtained or used unlawfully, fraudulently, or otherwise in violation of these T&Cs.

There is no expiration date applicable to Azazie Gift Cards. Any refunded amounts, if applicable, will be credited back to your Azazie Account balance for future use under the same terms unless otherwise required by law.

No taxes, dormancy, inactivity, or service fees are imposed on Azazie Gift Cards.

The risk of loss and title for Azazie Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Cards to the purchaser or designated recipient. Without fault on our part, we are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Azazie is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

We reserve the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Azazie.

We make no express or implied warranties, express or implied, with respect to Azazie Gift Cards, including but not limited to any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event an Azazie Gift Card is non-functional due to our fault, your sole remedy and our sole liability shall be the resending of a Gift Card of the same denomination, subject to applicable law.

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold us harmless, our employees, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, agents, and licensors harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and losses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, due to or arising out of your use of Azazie Gift Cards or your breach of these T&Cs.

When you purchase, receive, or redeem a Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of California apply, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these T&Cs and any dispute that may arise between you and us.

In addition to these T&Cs, by purchasing, using, and accepting the Azazie Gift Cards, you are subject to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy on Azazie, and other applicable terms, policies, laws, and regulations (collectively, “General Terms”). We reserve the right to change the General Terms without notice, from time to time, at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
