RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
RETURNS
Azazie accepts returns for standard size dresses (excluding try-on dresses) and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. Jewelry and headpieces must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Try-on dresses must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery if being returned. The amount paid for the try-on dress is non-refundable and covers your return shipping. Bridal gown try-on dresses must only be returned via mail utilizing the prepaid return label provided with your package (not eligible to use Happy Returns).
All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and in their original condition with tags still attached. Items with obvious signs of wear, alterations, or missing tags will not be accepted for return. Items that are retired styles or colors can be returned as long as the item meets the conditions above. Free garment bags and panniers need not be returned.
The following items are not returnable:
Custom sized dresses
Purchased try-on dresses (including those not returned timely which are deemed purchased)
Swatches
Fabric by the yard
Tape measurers
Final sale items
Personalized products
Garment bags
Shapewear & intimates
Azazie reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time, due to certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Irregular or excessive returns history that suggests “wardrobing” (customers buying items with the intent to wear them briefly and then return them);
A history of returning items that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or are missing items;
Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; or
Orders that include multiple sizes or variations of the same type of item in bulk.
PLEASE NOTE: Azazie will not replace, return, refund or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Azazie items accidentally sent to us.
Returns may be sent in 2 ways:
1) Happy Returns (US Customers Only)
2) Mail-In Returns (Available to All Customers)
REFUNDS
When returning your items you will be refunded the amount paid for the item plus applicable taxes minus the return shippingfee (see details below). Refunds exclude shipping fees, rush fees, and the taxes paid towards those fees.
A return shipping fee for each item returned in the amounts set forth below will be deducted from your refund when weprocess your return or exchange. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try on dresses, and will bededucted from your refund total.

You can receive your refund in two ways:
1) Azazie Account Balance (US Customers Only):If you elect this option, your refund will be credited to your Azazie account balance, which you can use to make a purchasein the future. If you used a gift card to pay for your order, you will only be able to elect a refund to your Azazie accountbalance. If you checked out via Guest Checkout, you cannot elect a refund to your Azazie account (even if you have one orsubsequently created one). Please note, once this option is selected, we will not be able to reverse the refund or process arefund back to your card/PayPal.
2) Original Payment Method (Available to All Customers): If you elect this option, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment you used to make yourpurchase. If you paid with both a gift card and PayPal or credit/debit card, your refund will first be processed back to thePayPal account or credit/debit card. The remaining refund owed will be processed back to your Azazie account balance. Pleasenote that if the account or card used to place your order is closed, the refund will still be processed.
In the rare event a refund cannot be processed to the account or card used, refunds will be issued by check. Refunds cannotbe requested by check. If a refund check is issued and later canceled there will be a $25 fee.
The timing of refund processing varies depending on the return method:
1) Mail In Returns:Mail In Returns can take up to 5 weeks from receipt of the returned product for refunds to be processed.
a. Return Processing Time of 2-3 Weeks: After receiving the returned item, it can take an additional 1-2 weeks to processthe return. This time includes inspection of the returned item and documentation.
b. Refund Processing Time of 1-2 weeks: After your return is processed, it can take an additional 1-2 weeks for your refundto appear in your account. This includes approximately 3-4 days for Azazie to process the refund plus the time yourfinancial institution needs to return the funds to your account (such time varies by financial institution). Azazie willnotify you via email once we have sent the refund to your financial institution.
2) Happy Returns:Once the Happy Returns agent scans and accepts your item(s), your return will be processed within just a few minutes.Following processing, your refund should appear in your account within approximately 1 week. This includes 24 hours forAzazie to process your refund plus the time your financial institution needs to return the funds to your account (such timevaries by financial institution). Azazie will notify you via email once we have sent the refund to your financialinstitution.

EXCHANGES
US Customers who have an Azazie account may elect to exchange most items purchased from Azazie. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout. Customers outside of the US are not eligible for exchanges.
The return shipping fees set forth above will be deducted from your refund when we process your return or exchange. This fee applies to each item you send back, except for try on dresses, and will be deducted from your refund total. Items selected for exchange are processed as new orders and shipping fees may apply.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS
A damaged/defective/incorrect item includes items with rips or tears in the fabric, missing beads or embellishments, stitching coming undone, zipper malfunction, incorrect size or measurements, color or fabric is not as described, and any other feature that makes the dress unwearable or less functional than it should be.
All damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. To report a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Us page. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours. The Customer Service representative may ask you to return the item for inspection or to provide more information. The Customer Service representative will then investigate the issue and determine the best resolution to the matter. Such resolutions may include but are not limited to issuance of a refund or replacement of the item.
