Viscose Swatches Swatches

I ordered 5 swatches. 4 on one date (9/19) and 1 on another (9/24). The first 4 shipped at the last second to arrive in the window given (delivered 10/1 window was 9/30-10/2). The last one I've emailed twice on because it's a decision maker on the dresses. It was supposed to arrive between 10/6-10/8 and on 10/11 was told it shipped but not given a tracking number. I hope this isn't a precursor to ordering dresses
