The stylist team at Azazie is amazing! As a bride affected by the Alfred Angelo bankruptcy, I was in a panic to find the right dresses for my girls that they would feel beautiful in and that would arrive in time for our wedding. The pressure was on and I was feeling so overwhelmed. It was a blessing in disguise. I contacted Azazie and explained my situation. From the first call the stylist team and design team worked together to expedite and custom size, all eight dress.
3 weeks after placing the order, the dresses arrived and are perfect! I was in shock!! The quality is amazing and the price was ½ the cost of the 1st dress. Not only did the team at Azazie expedite everything, they gave me 15% off of the dresses and called me before the order was sent on to the design team to go over every detail and get the names of all of the girls, so that when they arrived, it would be noted on the bag.
When the dresses came, not only were they assigned, they sent me 8 amazing hanging bags for all of them, free of charge, AND sent along a “Thank You” card. The card was not just printed, it was bought and handwritten! I am in awe over this company. I had the worst experience starting out and the BEST experience with Azazie, who value their customers, spend time making sure all the details are correct, and are so kind and helpful.
The quality of the dresses, the amazing customer service, the cost, the attention to detail…everything was perfect! This is the most amazing company and I wish I would have started with Azazie.
All of my bridesmaids tried their dresses on this past weekend at my bachelorette party and they ALL fit PERFECTLY! Each and every one. I cannot thank stylist Kelly and Susan enough for everything. Azazie is an example of how all bridal companies should treat their customers.
