      Do I have to measure to the ground since the dress I require fits at knee length?
      A.

      Even if you are ordering a knee-length style, you do want to measure your hollow-to-floor. This is because we use a program to to help us alter the pattern of the dress to the correct sizing for your measurements and it uses the height and hollow to floor measurements to calculate where the neckline, waistline, and hemline should fall.

      On the ordering directions it says hollow to hem, but on the custom sizing it says hollow to floor. Which am I supposed to use?
      A.

      The hollow-to-hem measurements you see on the size chart apply only to standard sizes, and it's the length of the hollow area down to the hem of the dress. It doesn't apply to custom sizes. Our custom size dresses will always ask for your hollow to floor measurement, which helps our production team design the dress according to your correct proportions.

      Can the design be customized?
      A.

      While we do offer custom sizing as an option, we are not able to offer custom design options at this time. We take quality very seriously and to stay consistent, we're unable to make any changes to our patterns and designs, like adjusting the length of a knee-length dress to floor-length, removing embellishments, adding sleeves, changing fabrics, adding or removing slits.

      Can I choose this style if I am pregnant?
      A.

      Because of the fitted waistline as well as the customization limitations, we do not recommend this style for maternity. When it can be, the dress usually needs extensive alterations to fit comfortably. We would recommend our wonderful Maternity Line with a variety of styles made to accommodate a growing belly and to take the stress out of sizing.

      We also have several non-maternity styles that we can make to maternity sizing: Francesca, Kaitlynn, Shannon, Remi, Oceana and Annabel. see less

      Is there any way to get the dress in the color not listed?
      A.

      Because some of our fabrics take on dye a bit differently than our chiffon, we're not able to offer all of our fabrics in every color. If the color you're looking for isn't listed on the dress order page, unfortunately, it means we're not able to make it in that color. I'm so sorry about that!

      LOVED getting to wear this dress! Being 6'3, dresses - especially their length - can be tricky to shop for. But with custom sizing, there was no issue! The dress fit like a glove and hit me in the same way that fellow 5'6 bridesmaid's dresses hit. I received so many compliments on the fit throughout the night. I'm a smaller bust (34A) and there was enough padding and ribbing on the dress to go bra-less for the night - something I'm normally never comfortable doing. The dress was so flattering and even had pockets to stuff tissues in and were large enough to hold my phone. In the dusty blue color (shown), the illusion neckline piece was darker than the picture shows since it was double-layered fabric - modest without being matronly. The whole experience with Azazie was great - cannot recommend them enough!

      These dresses were beautiful! Love the colour (candy pink), they looked beautiful with the blues we had! I ordered the swatches which I highly recommend. They fit overall pretty well. Four of the seven girls found the dresses to be a hair big in the boobs however I don’t think they did alterations. One dress was almost a perfect fit (it was one of the few custom made ones) and one was a lot smaller than the girl thought so she had to have alterations done. However, Azazie was wonderful to deal with and we had it taken care of for the most part! The prices were pretty decent. I’m from Canada so I had to pay the exchange which made the dresses more of course but I had them shipped to an outlet so the cost of shipping was dramatically cheaper and it was just as easy to grab them from the outlet. But then we had to pay taxes at the boarder. Not Azazie’s issue obviously but just food for thought for those ordering from Canada. The quality of the dresses was pretty good too. Some of them snagged throughout picture taking and the night, not too sure if it was from wear or the material. The girl I dealt with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process of finding the right dresses and ordering them! Overall I would recommend anyone to order from Azazie.

      Gorgeous shade of light pink! Dimond button on neckline adds a classy touch. Flows & twirls beautifully due to high quality light weight material. Bust was sized a bit too big, waist was fitted but not uncomfortable. Made the top three choices for my daughter's wedding. Loved the option of trying on the style before ordering before the wedding.

      The dress is well made and beautiful! I was VERY surprised when the dressed arrived and I was informed by my tailor that it did not need to be altered at all. I ordered a size 12 and normally I am a size 10. Although, according to the measurements I should be a size 12 for this dress. I am very happy I went with the measurement suggestions provided!
