      When placing a custom order, it is critical that your height and hollow-to-floor measurements are taken and inputted correctly even if you order a knee-length dress.

      Can I choose this style if I am pregnant?
      A.

      Considering the fitted waistline as well as the customization limitations, we do not recommend this style for maternity. When it can be, the dress usually needs extensive alterations to fit comfortably. We would recommend our wonderful Maternity Line with a variety of styles made to accommodate a growing belly and to take the stress out of sizing.

      We also have several non-maternity styles that we can make to maternity sizing: Francesca, Kaitlynn, Shannon, Remi, Oceana and Annabel. see less

      Is there any way to get the dress in the color that’s not listed?
      A.

      Because some of our fabrics take on dye a bit differently than our chiffon, we're not able to offer all of our fabrics in every color. If the color you're looking for isn't listed on the dress order page, unfortunately, it means we're not able to make it in that color. I'm so sorry about that!

      Can the design be customized?
      A.

      While we do offer custom sizing as an option, we are not able to offer custom design options at this time. We take quality very seriously and to stay consistent, we're unable to make any changes to our patterns and designs.

      If you see a dress you like but want changes, another dress will be similar in design with the features you want. If not, unfortunately there's not much we can do.

      Azazie is such a great company that I have used several times in the past year! I recommended Azazie to a few friends to use for their weddings because I have had such great service! I chose the use Azazie dress in dusty rose for my personal attendants in my wedding and was so happy! I let the three of them choose which dress they wanted. They wore Sylvia, Victoria, and Kaitlynn (a long dress that she shortened to wear as a maternity dress!). The quality of the dresses is excellent and they fit everyone so well! The cabernet color is gorgeous! I have received so many compliments on how nice the dresses looked from guests and my bridesmaids themselves. They also were the most cost friendly dresses that I could find. I highly recommend using Azazie for your event! I would definitely say to order swatches of the colors that you would prefer, because I previously was going to go with the burgundy color, and that was much too red in person compared to on screen. The dresses all shipped in about 2-3 weeks after ordering them, even though the estimated shipping said 6-7, so really great shipping times too! You won't be disappointed in choosing Azazie! :) You won't regret using Azazie!

      So I was eying dresses here since I was asked to be Maid of Honor in my best friends wedding. I loved the idea of custom sizing since I'm not proportionally plus size in any way shape or form! Ordered swatches first to confirm color with the bride then waited until the last possible minute to get measured. Waited long enough that I was maybe going to NOT get the dress in one for the wedding. I spoke with customer service and the woman I talked to was the absolute best and assured me I would have my dress in time and suggested steps to take to let the production team know about my deadline. The dress came about a week before the estimated delivery date and fits absolutely perfect. I was very nervous I would end up disliking the style on me but I feel very good in it and can't wait to get all put together the day of! I'm recently engaged and will definitely be encouraging my future bridesmaids to use Azazie !

      I am 5'6", 120 lbs with a 34A cup size. I ordered a personalized size with the following measurements: bust: 33 waist: 29 hips: 37 hollow to floor: 53 height: 65.5 I was very happy with the color -- all the different fabrics used are the same color in the silver. It was also very comfortable and stayed unwrinkled and nice for the entire night. I was able to wear a strapless bra underneath with no issue. Two sizing issues : 1) the chest area was too low on me and I had to shorten the straps 1/2 an inch 2) The chest area was too large. I was really excited to finally have a dress with the right sizing, but it was still too big. Thankfully the wires in the dress are well placed so I was able to leave it and still look naturally sized and shaped in the chest.

      I loved this dress! It was so cute and I'm a big lace lover. I did customize my size because I have larger hips but a small waist. I regret customizing it because it came way too big, I ended up getting it altered anyway. But it for great! I definitely recommend this dress :)

      I ordered a size 6 which is what I measured out to, however when I received it, it was loose in the chest and shoulder blade area, but tight around the rib cage. I would probably custom order a size were I to order again, however the dress was beautiful I got it in burgundy for my sister in laws wedding and thought it was a great dress and a great color. I was nervous of the quality as it was online only, but it was a very good quality dress.

      This dress would fit my friend who is 5'0" and rail thin. It did not work for me, even though I am a size 2. If you are even remotely pear-shaped. I loved this dress and wanted it to work. It did not.
