      Can I change the design of the dress?

      A.

      At this time, we are unable to make changes to the designs of our dresses, such as adding/removing a slit, adjusting the length of a knee-length dress to floor-length, or adding sleeves. If we were to make a change to the pattern or design of a dress, it could negatively affect the quality of the design.

      Can I order this dress in a color not listed?

      A.

      Because some of our fabrics take on dye a bit differently, we're not able to offer all of our fabrics in every color. If the color you're looking for isn't listed on the dress order page, it means we're not able to make it in that color. We recommend checking some similar styles.

      I really loved this dress when I saw it online! I ordered a sample dress in Dusk in a size A6. It was beautiful and needed a little altering in the length but otherwise fit. The lace part at the top had an ivory-ish tan fabric under it which isn't ideal, but since you could only see it at the top where the lace peeks out I didn't think it was a big deal. FYI if you are any color other than a pale skinned white person this would probably look really odd and contrast with your skin, so be careful as there is no option to choose what color the fabric backing the lace is!! Within 24 hours within I placed an order for dress in my bride's color, Dusty Blue, also in a size A6. When it arrived it looked like a completely different dress (see photos of the sample dress vs the actual dress I recieved). Not only was it hanging off my body (my weight hasn't changed), it was too low cut, generally huge and the entire front part is sheer which so that the off white/tan strip backing the lace (which also looked much cheaper) shows through all the way to the hips - essentially making the dress look like it has a giant stripe down the entire torso. I assumed this was a quality error, and reached out to Azazie. They were responsive and did a quality check that came back as normal, so apparently the dress is supposed to look like this. Note: They've since updated the photo on the site to show this stripe, but it still is much worse in person. I really loved the sample dress so I'm disappointed to say that I would NOT recommend ordering this dress, unless you're willing to risk having a tan stripe down your front for the wedding or event you wear it to.
