      Can the design be customized?
      A.

      While we do offer custom sizing as an option, we are not able to offer custom design options at this time. We take quality very seriously and to stay consistent, we're unable to make any changes to our patterns and designs, like adjusting the length of a knee-length dress to floor-length, removing embellishments, adding sleeves or changing fabrics.

      Is there any way to get the dress in the color not listed?
      A.

      Because some of our fabrics take on dye a bit differently than our chiffon, we're not able to offer all of our fabrics in every color. If the color you're looking for isn't listed on the dress order page, unfortunately, it means we're not able to make it in that color. I'm so sorry about that!

      I ordered this dress and ended up returning it for another style. The bride told us to pick whatever knee length style we wanted so I went with this one. It was a little big, despite being adjustable, and since it’s strapless I would have been pulling it up the whole time. The sleeves also lay a little strange but wouldn’t be a reason to not wear the dress. I will be 36 weeks pregnant for the wedding and didn’t want to be uncomfortable pulling up a strapless dress the whole day. Went with a floor length halter style instead and will have it shorted to knee length.

      Within a few weeks of committing to be a bridesmaid, I found out I would be 34 weeks pregnant at the wedding. Thankfully the bride had selected Azazie and was encouraging us to have a variety of styles. Maternity options are limited, but I was glad they existed, as I was able to confidently order without worrying too much about alterations. Overall the Gemma style was super comfortable. The back can be tightened or loosened to accommodate changing body shape - there is a modesty panel that expands across the back under the lacing. The only disappointment with this dress was that it was strapless - maybe it's just me, but at 34 weeks pregnant, I wasn't feeling that part of the design. A friend altered the dress to remove the drapey sleeves and convert them to straps - there was enough material to do this without needing to order extra fabric. On the plus side, because it's designed to be strapless, there is a good amount of support in the bodice to create a nice shape and structure. This was the only alteration I made to the dress, so I consider that a win!
