There's a reason why pink is a classic choice for bridesmaid dresses. Feminine and sweet, pink embodies the romance the big day and the love shared between best friends. Pink can easily be incorporated into any wedding palette with its many shades. Paler and more muted pinks are lovely for whimsical and intimate affairs while deeper or bold pinks are appropriate for outdoor summer weddings.

I can't deny that I'm obsessed with pink. I'm a girly girl and almost everything I own is pink. When it came to choosing the bridesmaid dresses, I really didn't even have to think about what color to choose. I was super lucky in that the girls liked it too. Azazie is great because there were so many shades to choose from. In the end, we went with blushing pink.

After we decided to get married in spring in a public garden, I thought that it would be lovely for the color palette to be all pastel colors to fit the scenery. The pale blues, greens and yellows were so gorgeous. My favorite of the bunch was pink and girls agreed, so we decided to go with pink bridesmaid dresses.

For my wedding palette, I wanted something that was modern and chic, since we chose this urban industrial building for the venue. In the end, we settled on monochrome. But my sister thought that it would be cute for the bridesmaids to wear pink instead of a black or white so they would stand out. The palette then became black and white with a wink of pink.

We had a candy bar, donuts, cupcakes and macaroons - yeah, we really went all out. Since a lot of the desserts and candy was pink, we thought that it would be cute for the bridesmaids to wear candy pink dresses, since they're the sweetest of all.
