A return shipping fee is deducted per item from your refund. Original shipping and rush fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are only available for US orders. Try-on dresses and returns sent with your own shipping label are not charged a return shipping fee.

All fees are in local currency. Taxes may also apply to the return shipping fee.
