About Azazie

Online-only bridal boutique Azazie just celebrated our 4th birthday and we’re continuing to grow! We have a wonderful, fun culture, but we work extremely hard. We’re here to give our customers the experience we wish we could always get!

Requirements:

  • Open only to San Francisco Bay Area Residents
  • Based in San Jose, this position is ~90% remote
  • Must attend initial in-house 30-day training every weekday (and go home at night!)
  • After training, come into headquarters a minimum of once a month
  • Incredible communication skills- both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages a bonus, but not required.
  • Strong technical skills. Experience in the following recommended: remote work, Zendesk, G-Suite.
  • Reliable access to a quiet, safe, and secure location with no background noise.
  • A strong, reliable internet connection that can support web-based customer interaction including, but not limited to, outbound/inbound phone calls, chat support, and email.

The Job:

  • Resolve customer inquiries through email, chats, and phone
  • Navigate and use Zendesk, PlayVox, in-house, and additional programs to track customer orders, conversations, and procedures.
  • Provide friendly, helpful recommendations to your customers as well as honest, constructive feedback about our current designs to other departments.
  • Think outside the box to solve customer problems and improve efficiency.
  • Take on challenging projects to help the growth and development of the department.
  • Meet department, company, and individual productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

  • Very organized and able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and an advocate for change and improvement. Manages stress.
  • Able to maintain composure while working with difficult or upsetting situations.
