Q: What location did you pick to have your wedding and why did you choose this place?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cI had my wedding at the Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro, KS. \u00a0I chose this location because this is the church I grew up in and it has always been important for me to get married in the church.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Did you have a particular theme or color scheme? Is there a story behind this color theme and why you chose it?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMy theme sort of turned into simple elegance. \u00a0And glitter, lots of glitter. \u00a0I took a lot of inspiration from twinkle lights. \u00a0My colors were dark purple\/plum and gold. \u00a0I’ve always loved the color gold, especially shiny gold, and I’ve also really like dark purple and they seemed to go together well.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: What was the best\/most memorable part of the day?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cThe best part of the day was turning and facing the audience and being pronounced man and wife!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Why did you choose Azazie for your bridesmaids?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom and I had done a lot of searching looking for bridesmaids dresses that would be affordable yet good quality. \u00a0My mom stumbled upon the Azazie website and we were instantly blown away by the colors, styles, and prices. \u00a0I wanted to have my bridesmaids wear the same color but pick out their own style in the floor-length dressed and Azazie gave us that option. \u00a0We also planned to purchase the dresses for my bridesmaids so it was helpful that it was affordable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Q: Any tips or advice for anyone getting married soon?<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/b>For the most part I enjoyed the process. \u00a0I have never been a planner and I’m not very creative and I’ve never really been into decorating so it was a bit of a struggle for me. \u00a0Once I got into the process and things started falling into place, it became a lot more fun.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
