We’re looking for a talented and energetic design intern.  You will assist the designer in a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

• Unpacking and preparing gowns for fit sessions

• Taking photos of gowns during fit sessions

• Taking flat measurements of styles

• Downloading, resizing and filing images

• Trend research

The best candidate is passionate about the fashion industry, is motivated to work hard, and is open minded and friendly.  Skills required are knowledge of basic computer programs, taking flat measurements, steaming gowns, good with a camera, and an excellent communicator.  Skills preferred include knowledge of patterns, trend research and fit.

The position is hourly and the hours will be “need-based” to start.  However, with the right candidate, the position has the potential to grow into more stable and consistent hours.
