Meghan Markle went understated for her wedding dress. She wore a simple Givenchy silk bridal gown with a classic boat neckline and long sleeves. This gorgeous gown was accented with a cathedral length veil with a lace hem and a romantic blusher.

Meghan also completed this look with natural makeup and a loose, low bun, which was much more relaxed than we were expecting.

Going for a slightly more fashion forward look, Meghan went with a fit and flare Stella McCartney gown for her reception dress. She finished it with Princess Diana’s large aquamarine ring she wore to her reception.
The Music
Of course, there was the traditional boys choir singing hymns during the strategic moments of the ceremony, but there were also a fantastic gospel choir singing a emotional rendition of Ben E. King’s “Stand By Me”.

The Guest Fashions
Guests at the royal wedding included high profile sports stars, movie stars, and yes, actual royalty. Some of our favorite looks were worn by David Beckham in a three piece suit, and George Clooney in a more casual grey ensemble and pin striped tie. Serena Williams and Oprah opted for a classic dusty rose shade topped off with gorgeous hats.
