I wanted my wedding to be a real celebration with a fiesta feel, especially because since my husband's from Mexico. My favorite color combination is purple, yellow, and orange. Of those, we felt that purple was the way to go because it's the most flattering color of the three, so we incorporated the other colors into the bouquet.

- Leona

The inspiration for our wedding palette was actually peacock feathers, so it consisted of a deep purple, gold, teal and black. The most feminine color of those was purple, which is what we went with for the bridesmaid dresses. The dresses looked so perfect with the bouquets, which had peacock feathers strewn in.

- Pattie

We held a very simple wedding in a small boutique hotel in the city. The interior design of the hotel was very classic and chic, with touches of Lavender throughout, so I wanted the bridesmaid dresses to go with that feel. I love how Azazie has so many choices when it came to purple bridesmaid dresses, so I asked the girls to choose their favorite style and shade.

- Ellie

We had a vintage-style wedding that kind of had this Victorian theme. The colors palette was darker and the venue was decorated with a lot of candles. I really liked the idea of having purple bridesmaid dresses from the start because it just felt right for the theme. We chose purple ruffled dresses for the girls and paired it with a black lace sash on the waist.

- Ida

I wanted my garden wedding palette to exude a romantic feel, so all the colors were very soft and pale. Since my favorite color is purple, we decided on Wisteria for the bridesmaid dresses. Also, I think purple is just the right amount of romance without being overly so like pink or red. We chose this floor-length dress with a mermaid-style skirt.
